Major transformation, minimal footprint.
On a tight urban section, Elevation Building tackled the challenge of upgrading an underused basement level into a fully self-contained unit. We excavated, waterproofed, and rebuilt the space to include a kitchen, bathroom, living area, and separate access—adding real value without extending the footprint.
