Most projects start around $3,500/m². We’ll give you a detailed quote early, so there are no surprises later.

Plan to move in within a few months.

Design, approvals, and build usually take 3–6 months, depending on your site and finishes. No long waits or endless admin — we’ve streamlined every step.

Not always.

From early 2026, new rules will allow standalone homes up to 70 m² without full building consent. Until then, we’ll handle the paperwork and council steps for you.

Probably.

If you’ve got the space, there’s a good chance you can build. We’ll check the zoning, services, and site access — for free — and let you know what’s possible.
